Carambola

Carambola is a gated community in the Carambola valley of St. Croix, spread across Estate River, Estate Fountain and Estate Prosperity, with a Kingshill mailing address. Sugar Island Master Association, which does business as the Carambola Property Owners Association, manages the shared property above several sub-associations: the Sweet Lime Villas, Saman Villas and Sweet Lime Village condominiums and the single-family homesites of Ginger Hills, Hibiscus Point, Carambola Crest and Prosperity Ridge. The association owns a pool set among Danish-era sugar mill ruins, a cabana, lighted clay tennis courts, a croquet court, a bocce court and a picnic area, and it runs the guarded entry gate with security around the clock. The golf course in the community is privately owned, and its memberships are not tied to any deed. Buyers should ask which sub-association a property belongs to and request the documents and dues for both levels.
