Club St. Croix is a beachfront condominium of 54 units on about eight acres at Estate Golden Rock, at the eastern end of Princess Beach and about a mile west of Christiansted Town. Built in 1989, it is run by the Club St. Croix Homeowners Association, a non-profit with a five-member board and an on-site general manager. The condominium documents describe six buildings holding studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, including two-level penthouses on the top floor. Shared facilities include a pool, tennis courts, the beach, a gazebo grill, a self-service laundry and a restaurant on the grounds. The declaration allows units to be used as permanent or transient residences, and a rental agent runs a rental program that owners may choose to join. No animals are allowed without written board approval, and gas grills and smoking inside the building are prohibited. Buyers should review the declaration, policies, fees and insurance.

Unit types come from the declaration's floor plan exhibits and rental tiers. The documents say three tennis courts opened in 1989 but the site does not give a current count. The Hurricane Reserve Fund language dates from the 2004 bylaws.
