Estates of Judith's Fancy is a gated residential community on the north shore of St. Croix, on land that was once a sugarcane plantation whose great house dates to 1733. The owners association describes more than 300 plots, over nine miles of private roads and several miles of shoreline, with a security guard on duty at the entrance gate around the clock. The community is self-managed and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Owners may rent out up to two dwelling units per lot but may not sublet rooms, and tenants and guests are registered through the owner portal. Building work follows the recorded Covenants and Restrictions and goes through the Construction Committee. Buyers should read the covenants and bylaws posted on the association website, confirm current assessments, and request the status letter the association provides for closing.
