Pelican Cove Condominiums is a beachside complex of 47 individually owned units at Estate La Grande Princesse on St. Croix, with a Christiansted mailing address. The association says the owners of the neighboring hotel built it in 1988 and 1989, and that it has no affiliation with that hotel today. Four buildings hold two and three bedroom flats and two-story duplexes. Shared facilities include a large pool with swim lanes, a hot tub, a pool cabana that houses the office, a community grill, beach lounge chairs and kayak storage for owners. The Pelican Cove Condominium Association, a non-profit run by an owner-elected board, employs a full-time manager and staff but offers no rental, reception or guest services. Pets are not allowed apart from approved assistance animals. Buyers should read the declaration, bylaws and current rules, and confirm the fees and the insurance owners must carry to rent.
