The Reef Condominiums

The Reef is a residential community of 101 villas on the eastern end of St. Croix, administered by The Reef Associates, Inc. Its website lists a reef-protected beach, a swimming pool, a 9-hole golf course, an 18-hole disc golf course, one tennis court and five pickleball courts. The community runs its own registered water utility with a reverse osmosis desalination plant, plus a sewage treatment plant. Under the current Rules and Regulations, owners may rent on a short-term or long-term basis after getting a DLCA business license, giving the Reef Office the name of their broker or rental agency and filing an occupancy notice before each arrival. Pets are limited to two indoor cats per unit. Buyers should read the declaration, bylaws and rules, confirm fees and administrative charges with the Reef Office, and check the occupancy limit for the section where a unit sits.
