The Anchorage is a beachfront condominium community on Cowpet Bay, St. Thomas, run by the Anchorage Condominium Association, which lists its office at 6600 Estate Nazareth. The association describes 75 units, all two-bedroom condos, some of them with a loft. Shared facilities include a pool on the beach with a cabana room owners can reserve, a fitness center and yoga room updated in 2019, tennis courts and owner storage spaces, and everyone enters through a security gate. The association says most rentals are long term, but some owners rent short term with a five-night minimum and no more than six occupants per unit. Its recorded rules bar dogs and other animals from units and the property, apart from service and support animals, and allow two vehicles per unit. Buyers should read the declaration, bylaws and rules posted on the resident page and confirm the common charges.

The five-night minimum and six-occupant cap come from the home page. Area is left out because the association's pages name Cowpet Bay and Estate Nazareth but not Red Hook or the East End.
