Clear Water Roof & Cistern is the trade name of RJ&K Construction Services LLC, which holds a St. Croix license from the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs for cistern cleaning service at a location in Estate Castle Coakley. The license runs through July 31, 2027. On a house that collects rainwater, the roof is where the water starts, so its surface and gutters affect what ends up in the tank. Although the name mentions roofs, cistern cleaning is the only activity on the license, so ask what roof or gutter work, if any, the company does. For a cleaning, ask what is included, how the cistern is disinfected, how long it will be out of service, and whether the visit includes an inspection of the gutters and inlet screens. The license record lists no phone number or website, so confirm contact details directly.
