Frederiksted Health Care, Mid-Island Health Center

Mid-Island Health Center, in the Sion Farm Commercial Center with a Christiansted address, is one of three health centers run by Frederiksted Health Care, Inc., a nonprofit federally qualified health center on St. Croix. It keeps the longest published hours of the three, open until 7 pm on weekdays and from 9 am to 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, useful when you need care outside office hours. FHC offers family and internal medicine, pediatrics, prenatal and gynecologic care, immunizations, dental care, psychiatry and behavioral health, lab services and occupational physicals, so ask which are offered here. It serves patients regardless of ability to pay and runs a sliding fee program based on income and family size, renewed each calendar year. On the third Friday of each month the center opens only in the afternoon. Appointments and after-hours help go through FHC's main number. In an emergency, call 911.
