St. Thomas East End Medical Center Corporation

St. Thomas East End Medical Center Corporation, or STEEMCC, is a private, nonprofit federally qualified health center at Tutu Park Mall in Anna's Retreat, St. Thomas. It began as the Department of Health's East End Family Health Clinic and became an independent nonprofit in 2000. The center serves patients of all ages in the St. Thomas-St. John district and says it does not turn anyone away for inability to pay. It accepts all insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare and Tricare plans but not VA insurance, and offers a sliding fee discount to patients who apply with proof of income. Services include family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, dentistry, behavioral health, immunizations, physicals, screenings and lab testing. Appointments are preferred and can be made by phone or online request, with limited walk-in slots. VITRAN bus vouchers are available for patients without transportation. In an emergency, call 911.
