Vacation St. Croix

Vacation St. Croix is a villa rental and property management company owned and run by Marti Gotts, who started it in 1996, according to its website. It describes itself as a vacation rental, property management and maintenance company and says it manages more than 20 private villas on St. Croix year-round with a small, long-serving team. The office is at 4040 Estate La Grande Princesse, Suite 2, with a Christiansted address. The company says it is fully licensed, insured and bonded, and its business license with the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs lists owners representative coordinator and repair and maintenance among its activities. Owners should ask whether it looks after homes kept for private use as well as rentals, what maintenance its own staff handle, how it prepares homes for storms, and how the hotel room tax is collected and filed.
