Beach Side Cafe is an open-air seaside terrace restaurant next to the Sand Castle on the Beach hotel on Veterans Shore Drive in Frederiksted, St. Croix. It serves brunch, lunch and dinner, with a menu that runs from familiar dishes to local island specialties, and a full bar with cocktails, local draft beer, wine and mocktails. Reservations are taken for lunch seatings from 11:00 am to 2:45 pm, dinner seatings from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm and weekend brunch seatings from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm, and walk-up guests are welcome. The cafe encourages reservations on weekends, holidays and event nights, and on some holidays, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, it serves special set menus instead of the regular menu.
