The Mermaid is an open-air beachfront restaurant at The Buccaneer resort on St. Croix, with views of Mermaid Beach. It serves Caribbean food made with local ingredients, along with frozen island cocktails. Lunch is served every day, a beach menu is served on the deck and at the beach through the afternoon, and dinner is served on Monday and Tuesday evenings only, with pizza on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. The resort says reservations are required for diners who are not hotel guests, and they can be made online through TableAgent or by phone. Live entertainment runs from November to August. The resort's address is in Estate Shoys, with a Christiansted mailing address.
