Lime Out has a floating taco and cocktail bar in Lindbergh Bay on the west end of St. Thomas, where customers eat and drink on the water at a swim-up bar or on floating lily pads. It can only be reached by boat, and the company says guests may not swim, kayak or paddleboard out to it. Its Taco Taxi shuttle leaves from Emerald Beach, a Turtles and Tacos tour leaves from Crown Bay Marina, and private charters can also visit. The menu includes tacos, craft cocktails, St. John Brewers beer on draft, non-alcoholic drinks, and bottled wine and champagne. The company says the 2026 season on St. Thomas opened on October 18 and runs until mid-August. It is open Sunday to Friday from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm and closed on Saturdays until December 19, then open daily through April. Weather closures are announced on social media.
