The association's website describes a security gate with a guard post, keypad calling for visitors and access cards or remotes for owners. Its gate rules treat rentals of a year or more differently from shorter rentals, and owners with renters are asked to call the office for renter procedures. Posted rules for owners and renters limit routine occupancy to two people per bedroom, cap additional guests at thirty days a year, assign one numbered parking space per unit, require vehicles to be registered with the office and require board approval before changes to a unit.
