Sapphire Village is a privately owned condominium complex on the East End of St. Thomas, next to Sapphire marina, a short walk from Sapphire Beach and about a mile from Red Hook. The owners association describes 225 units, all with a water view: 90 one-bedroom condos of 781 square feet and 135 studios of 480 to 523 square feet, all but 15 of them with a private balcony. The property has two pools, an on-site restaurant and a token laundry for residents. The association has a resident general manager and staff but no rental office, so owners rent units themselves or through agents, for stays of a few days to three months. Posted rules allow no pets of any kind, one vehicle per unit, and no more than two people in a studio or four in a one-bedroom. Buyers should ask the office for the bylaws, budget and insurance details.

Amenities

  • Two pools
  • On-site restaurant
  • Laundry area for residents (tokens from the office)
  • Concrete barbecue pads in the parking areas
  • Short walk to Sapphire Beach

The site calls the restaurant both Sapphire Bar & Grille and Sudi's Caribbean Bar & Grill, so no name is given.
