STX Sailing, also listed as Sandy Toes Sailing, runs private charters on St. Croix aboard Great Adventure, a Lagoon 450 sailing catamaran that leaves from Green Cay Marina. Captain Mike, a U.S. Coast Guard 100-ton master, offers a two-hour sunset sail at 5 p.m. with appetizers and drinks, four-hour sails at 9 a.m. or 1 p.m., a six-hour sail from 9 a.m. with time for a waterfront lunch, a six-hour getaway for two, an overnight trip to Frederiksted and three- to five-day charters. Day sails take up to 12 guests and overnight trips up to six. The boat has a toilet, life jackets, snorkel gear and paddleboards, and non-swimmers are welcome. Light snacks, water and soft drinks are provided, and guests may bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol. Charters do not visit Buck Island or the British Virgin Islands. The 2026-27 season starts November 18, 2026.
