SUP St. John

SUP St. John, the paddleboarding division of Rockhoppin' Adventures, rents paddleboards and teaches lessons on St. John. It has no shop: boards are delivered to villas and hotels around 5:30 p.m. the evening before a rental starts and are due back at 5:30 p.m. Delivery is free for day rentals on the Cruz Bay side and for weekly rentals of two or more boards anywhere on the island. Boards rent by the day or week, including race, family and children's boards and inflatables for renters without a car; skimboards, snorkel sets, GoPro cameras and LED night paddles are add-ons. Two-hour private lessons include the board and paddle and are held outside the national park, though renters may paddle park beaches afterward. Paddleboard yoga takes place in a calm bay or a villa pool. Reserve a day ahead, ideally by text or email; cancellation is free up to 24 hours before.
