Windspree Vacation Homes is a vacation rental company based at 7924 Emmaus in Coral Bay, St. John, and its website says it has managed vacation rentals on the island for the past 30 years. Guests can book private villas, family vacation homes and lofts, many with instant booking and a virtual guide, while other homes require an availability inquiry. The site notes that some homes shown on its platform are not managed by Windspree and are only rented through it, which is a useful distinction for owners comparing full management with a listing-only arrangement. For buyers of a Coral Bay home who plan to rent it out, a manager based in the same area can be practical.
