Ciboné is a small Caribbean restaurant at 227 King Street in Frederiksted, St. Croix, with a menu built on local farm-fresh ingredients and wild-caught seafood. The tourism department describes a cozy dining room and a courtyard patio, and suggests steamed mussels or crab cakes to start, lamb chops glazed with teriyaki or lobster alfredo as entrees, and rum cake for dessert. Guests can eat inside or out, or order for pickup. The restaurant closed briefly in August 2026 during a water-supply emergency and said on Facebook that it expected to reopen within the week. Its Facebook page carries its phone number, email address and news, so check there or call to confirm opening times and to book.
