The tourism department mentions fried kingfish, arroz con pollo and potfish, served with johnny cakes and plantains, and the owners post each week's menu on their Facebook page, most recently in late October 2026. The tourism department says the truck is open from Wednesday to Saturday. Opening times are not posted on its own page, so call ahead to check the day's menu and hours before you drive out.
