Duggan's Reef is a family-owned dinner restaurant on the water at Teague Bay, on the East End of St. Croix. Frank Duggan opened it in May 1983 and named it after the John Wayne film Donovan's Reef. It serves dinner from Monday to Saturday, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The kitchen buys its ingredients fresh each day from local fishermen and farmers, and the tourism department describes the dining room as perched over the water, right at the beach. Hurricanes Irma and Maria badly damaged the building in 2017, and it reopened in June 2018. The website says reservations are required and that the restaurant is usually booked about four days ahead, so call well before the night you want.

The website's menu page listed no dishes when checked, so none are named here; the tourism department mentions local lobster.
