Island View Steakhouse

Island View Steakhouse is the dinner restaurant at Island View Guest House, a small family-run inn on Scott Free Road in the hills of St. Thomas; the tourism department says its terrace looks over Charlotte Amalie and the harbor. Chef Marshall Bishop serves a three-course set menu of an appetizer, an entree and a dessert, built on farm-to-table ingredients, prime steaks, fresh seafood and handmade pasta, and the tourism department notes an honor bar where guests mix their own drinks. The steakhouse closes for part of each year, and its website announced a reopening in October 2026, so confirm that it is serving before you go. The kitchen also caters private events around St. Thomas.
