Alfredo Andrews Elementary School is a public PreK-6 school in the Kingshill area of St. Croix, run by the St. Croix District of the Virgin Islands Department of Education (VIDE). It was completed at Estate Fredensborg in 1973 and named for Alfredo R. Andrews (1912-1971), a St. Croix teacher and principal. VIDE's 2026-27 assignment map makes it the elementary school for estates including Kingshill, La Reine, Castle Burke, Fredensborg, Concordia and Salt River. Depending on the estate, students then go to Eulalie R. Rivera, Arthur A. Richards or Juanita Gardine for grades 7-8, and to St. Croix Central or the Educational Complex for high school. To enroll, complete VIDE's online St. Croix pre-registration form, then register in person at the district office with the child and original documents, including a Social Security card and proof of address, weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Student Services assigns the school.
