Eulalie R. Rivera PreK-8 School is a public PreK-8 school at Estate Grove Place, St. Croix, run by the St. Croix District of the Virgin Islands Department of Education (VIDE). It opened in 1965 as Grove Place Elementary School and was renamed in 1974 for educator Eulalie R. Rivera. The ten-acre campus has 36 classrooms in seven wings, plus separate buildings for the library and offices, the cafeteria, and special education and parent rooms. The school chartered a National Elementary Honor Society chapter in 2024-25. On VIDE's 2026-27 assignment map it is the elementary and grades 7-8 school for Grove Place, Mount Stewart, Upper Love and nearby estates, with high school at the St. Croix Educational Complex. To enroll, complete VIDE's online St. Croix pre-registration form, then register in person at the district office, weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Student Services assigns the school.
