St. Croix Educational Complex High School

St. Croix Educational Complex High School is a public high school for grades 9-12 at Grove Place, Kingshill, run by the St. Croix District of the Virgin Islands Department of Education (VIDE). Opened in 1995, it shares a building with the St. Croix Career and Technical Education Center. The four-year Math and Science Magnet honors program admits students by application, exam and interview, and requires at least 85 percent in honors math, science and English, or a 90 percent average in regular classes. Graduates need 26 credits with an average of at least 70 percent and 100 hours of unpaid community service at a nonprofit. On VIDE's 2026-27 map it is the high school for the west end and the Eulalie R. Rivera and Arthur A. Richards zones. Families register through VIDE's online St. Croix pre-registration form, then in person at the district office, weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
