Carib Sun Energy is the trade name of JK1 Investments, LLC, which holds a St. Croix license from the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs covering importing goods, installation of equipment, project coordination, repair and maintenance, retail sales and sales on commission. The license location is a suite in Estate La Grande Princesse, and the license runs through July 31, 2027. Because the license includes repair and maintenance, ask whether the company will service a solar system it did not install, which matters when buying a house that already has panels. For a new system, ask what sizes it installs, whether it offers battery storage, how it handles permits and the WAPA interconnection process, how panels are fastened for hurricane winds, and what the warranties cover. The license record lists no phone number, and the company website did not load when checked, so confirm contact details directly.
