West Indies Solair is a St. Croix solar company, and its website says one of its founders has personally run it since 1980. The site lists solar electric panels and residential solar electric systems, solar hot water, solar pool heating, and mobile solar generator systems, and it says other renewable energy products can be sourced on request. Its current license with the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs, held by Excursion Management, Inc. under the West Indies Solair trade name, covers installation of equipment at a suite in Estate Castle Coakley. The website carries a 2018 copyright, so confirm what the company offers today before planning around it. Solar water heating is one way to lower an electric bill, so ask how the tank and collectors are mounted for hurricane winds, what upkeep the system needs, and how the work fits with the roof and any permit.
