Around St. Thomas
The Generator Whisperer Inc. is a St. Thomas company licensed by the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs for repair and maintenance of miscellaneous items, with a license address at Tutu Park Mall and an expiration date of March 31, 2027. Its record comes up in a license search for generator work. If you rely on a standby or portable generator during outages, it makes sense to book service before hurricane season rather than after the power goes out. Ask which brands and sizes the company works on, whether it offers scheduled maintenance, how it tests a unit under load, and how quickly it can respond during a widespread outage. If you are buying a house with a generator, ask for an inspection of the unit, the transfer switch and the fuel supply before closing. The license record lists no phone number or website, so confirm contact details directly.
