Surveyors

Home and property

A survey shows where a property's boundaries are, what sits on the land and whether anything crosses a line. Property descriptions in the islands often name the estate and a parcel number, and a surveyor can tie those words to the ground. Lenders and title insurers may ask for a current survey, and one is worth having for land and for homes with walls, driveways or cisterns near the boundary. Ask what the survey will include, how long it takes and whether the corners will be marked. Each listing shows when we last verified it.
