Virgin Islands Ecotours runs guided kayak, hiking and snorkel eco tours from its St. Thomas base on the Mangrove Lagoon, at an Estate Nadir address about a tenth of a mile east of the junction of Routes 30 and 32. Its St. Thomas tours include a kayak, hike and snorkel trip to Cas Cay, a mangrove kayak tour and a sea turtle snorkel. The company also rents kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and snorkel gear and runs boat charters, and it operates on St. John and St. Croix as well. The base has two signed entrances and parking. Tours and rentals are booked online, with arrival instructions and cancellation terms sent after booking, or by phone, text or email. The lagoon and Cas Cay are part of a marine reserve and wildlife sanctuary, so ask what the rules are there and what to bring.
