Extra Virgin Bistro is a dinner restaurant on an open-air deck in Cruz Bay, St. John, serving a set-price, three-course tasting menu: an appetizer, a salad and an entree. It grows most of its own herbs and buys most of its fish from local fishermen, whose names often appear on the menu beside their catch; the tourism department says the menu changes daily. Dinner is served Sunday to Friday, 5:30 to 9 p.m. Young children can order from a kids' menu, and a 20 percent gratuity is added to every reservation. Book through Resy or by phone, up to 30 days ahead; parties of more than six need to call and give a credit card. It closes for part of each year (in 2025, from August 3 to October 21), and in late October 2026 its website said it was open for the 2026-27 season.

Source: Extra Virgin Bistro website, https://www.extravirginbistro.com/ and https://www.extravirginbistro.com/contact-us (updated October 2026; a site banner says it is open for the 2026-2027 season, while the home page text still asks guests to contact it for bookings upon reopening); USVI Department of Tourism listing, https://www.visitusvi.com/listing/st-john/213633/extra-virgin-bistro/ (street address), and guide, https://www.visitusvi.com/experience/st-john-restaurants/; News of St. John, 'The Restaurant Report- 2025', https://newsofstjohn.com/the-restaurant-report-2025/ (2025 closure dates); all accessed 2026-10-30. The home page prices the tasting menu at $120 per person with a children's menu for kids under 10, while the reservations page says $100 and under 5, so this listing gives neither.
