The Roti King serves handmade roti and other island food in Cruz Bay, St. John. Its website places it at the Lumberyard Complex, and the tourism department describes it as working out of a brightly painted converted school bus. Roti come filled with shrimp, goat, chicken or vegetables, and the menu also has beef, saltfish and chicken pates, johnny cakes, burgers, wraps, quesadillas and a special of the day; guests may bring their own alcohol. The website lists hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, closed Sunday. News of St. John reported that it closed for the month of September during the 2025 slow season, so check before visiting in early fall.
