758 Bar & Restaurant is a casual bar and restaurant at 43-46 Norre Gade in downtown Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, across from Emancipation Garden in the old Grand Hotel building, where Jen's Deli used to be. It is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast brings pancakes, omelets and steak and eggs; later there are conch fritters, wings, burgers, wraps, paninis, guava barbecue ribs, salmon and New York strip steak with plantains, with sides such as ground provisions. The bar makes cocktails and frozen drinks and sells local juices such as passion fruit, guava and tamarind, and the tourism department describes a courtyard setting. Posted hours run to midnight Monday to Thursday, 2 a.m. on Saturday and 9 p.m. on Sunday; the website lists no Friday hours, so call ahead that day. Call to order food or to book a private event.
