Fairchild's Beach Bar & Grill is the bar and restaurant in the middle of Magens Bay Beach, on the north side of St. Thomas, a few steps from the sand. It serves casual food all day in an open-air setting: breakfast sandwiches, mahi-mahi tacos, grilled burgers, pizza and coconut shrimp, with tropical cocktails such as pina coladas, cold beer and nonalcoholic drinks. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the last food orders are taken at 4 p.m. The beach is in Magens Bay Park, which the Magens Bay Authority opens from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., so getting to the restaurant means paying the park's entry and parking fees: as of October 2026, $7 per person for visitors and $2 for residents with local ID, plus $2 to park.
