Pangea Terra & Ocean to Table

Pangea Terra & Ocean to Table is a dinner restaurant on the East End of St. Thomas, at the Pavilions & Pools Resort in Estate Smith Bay, a walk from Sapphire Beach. It serves a small international menu built on fish from local fishermen, ethically raised meats and organic produce, in a setting it compares to a tree house. Dishes include ceviche or poke, a Mediterranean mezze plate, grain bowls, fajitas, West Indian coconut curry chicken and the fish of the day, with vegan, gluten-free and children's choices. It closes each year from late August to late October; for the season that opened October 30, 2026, dinner runs Monday to Saturday, 5 to 9 p.m. A credit card holds each reservation, with a $25 per person fee for no-shows and for cancellations after 4 p.m. that day. A 20 percent gratuity and a card fee are added to every bill.
