Sunset Grille

Sunset Grille is the beachfront restaurant at Secret Harbour Beach Resort on the East End of St. Thomas, a few steps from the water at Secret Harbour Beach. The main dining room serves dinner every night from 5 to 10 p.m. from a Latin Caribbean menu that draws on local farmers and fishermen, with dishes such as ropa vieja spring rolls, lobster and shrimp tostadas and crispy whole snapper with mofongo, plus wine and desserts; tables can be booked online or by phone. Its casual sister, The Patio at Sunset Grille, sits on the beach and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.: breakfast classics, pizzas, salads, sandwiches and entrees, with no reservations needed. Happy hour runs daily from 4 to 6 p.m. The restaurant also hosts private dinners, including in a wine room, and caters events.
