Sion Farm Distillery makes Mutiny Island Vodka from breadfruit in the former home of the Island Dairies Company, at 4000 Sion Farm in the middle of St. Croix. Free tours are given to walk-in guests every hour on the half hour; call ahead for current times. A tour starts in the renovated bar and tasting room, where a glass wall looks onto the copper still, moves into the still room, and ends with a tasting of vodka cocktails, the Island Dairies History Room and the shop. As of October 2026, the distillery is open Monday to Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with happy hour from 4 to 5:55 p.m., and serves Saturday brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mutiny also has a tasting room in The Mill on the Christiansted boardwalk, open Tuesday 3 to 7 p.m. and Wednesday to Saturday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
